Congratulations to Marina & Jess on their Australian U19 Team selection!!

Sportz of all Sortz.com would like to congratulate Marina Walker & Jessica Bahn on their recent selection, along with fellow Victorian, Tayla Supple, in the Australian U19 Womens Softball Team, "Aussie Pride" to compete in the World U19 Fastpitch Championships in Cape Town, South Africa later this year.

Both Marina & Jess are members of the Glen Eira Moorabbin Softball Association in Victoria, Australia which is part of the South East Metro Region (SEMR) competition. Marina is a dynamic middle infielder and Jess is an classy outfielder.

The girls have been working very hard over the past couple of years as the selection process has gone on. Training nearly every day as well as completing their studies has been a very difficult juggling act for both girls but they have managed to achieve their sporting & educational goals whilst still playing weekly club ball, representing their association at State Championships and both girls have been constant representatives over the past couple of years at National level for Victoria at both U19 & Open Womens level.

Both Marina & Jess are very fine role models for the younger players at Glen Eira Moorabbin Softball Association and we here at Sportz of all Sortz.com are very proud to have been associated with Marina & Jess through our involvement with Glen Eira Moorabbin over a number of years.

Not only are Marina & Jess very talented softballers, they are both fantastic young ladies!
